1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS supplies.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Authorization to work in Canada.
2. Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
