1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and a memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, ensuring neatness and organization.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with adherence to operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
