1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and an exceptional experience.
2. Enhance client interactions with hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales service.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
