3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales service.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
