1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to provide a memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
8. Assist the operations team in adhering to operational policies and procedures, ensuring optimal store operations.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
