- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to provide a memorable experience.
- Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
- Assist the operations team in adhering to operational policies and procedures, ensuring optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
- Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
The hiring range for this position is $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
Competitive hourly wage with potential for sales commission.
