1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, ensuring all areas are neat and organized.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
