1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experience through hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage floor waiting lists accurately if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions post-purchase.
8. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales services to ensure optimal store operations.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
4. Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $18.79 to $25.42 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
