1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively influence sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if required.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with adherence to operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service abilities, and multitasking capability.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
