1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experience through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
4. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. This role is eligible for sales commission.
