- Act as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting sales and service.
- Assist at the engraving station, where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
- Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
- Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional client service abilities.
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Adeptness in working with a diverse client base.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
