1. Act as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist at the engraving station, where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Authorization to work in the United States.
