- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and experience the Tiffany brand's legendary service.
- Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, ensuring neat and organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
- Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in client service and hospitality.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
