1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services as needed.
4. Manage floor waiting lists accurately when applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
