- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services as needed.
- Manage floor waiting lists accurately when applicable.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
- Assist operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
