- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and an exceptional experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality and utilization of Landmark amenities.
- Perform tasks requiring extended periods of standing, such as assisting with packaging, personalization sales, and maintaining POS and sales floor organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Engage with clients to create luxury experiences that drive sales and service.
- Conduct one-on-one selling ceremonies when approved by management.
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.
The hourly wage ranges from $22.19 to $27.00, contingent on relevant skills and experience.
