1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to enhance their experience.
2. Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team by boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent client service skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
5. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
