1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized service and hospitality, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if required.
5. Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
