1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client interactions through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
3. Assist with engraving services and manage the floor waiting list when necessary.
4. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is stocked, orderly, and clean.
5. Communicate potential service issues with management promptly.
6. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
7. Perform all point-of-sale functions post client purchase decision.
8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales service.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.

2. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
