1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping items, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
8. Keep all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, performing all POS functions post-purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
4. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
