- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping items, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
- Keep all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, performing all POS functions post-purchase decision.
- Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and multitasking ability.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
