1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience that aligns with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if needed.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory and special projects as required.
