1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to provide a memorable experience in line with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if required.
5. Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neatness and organization in all POS stations and sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize while managing multiple tasks.
4. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
