1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences with personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
8. Ensure all POS stations and sales floor areas are neat and organized, and perform all POS functions post-purchase.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent client service skills.
4. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
