- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately if required.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
- Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
