1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to enhance their experience.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales servicing.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
