3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage floor waiting lists accurately if required.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales areas.
8. Perform all point-of-sale functions post client purchase decisions.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales services.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
