1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, ensuring all areas remain neat and organized.
8. Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficient client service skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.

Ohio Wage Transparency Statement Range for Position: $18.79-$22.10 per hour.
