1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and experience the Tiffany brand's legendary service.
2. Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, while keeping sales floor areas organized.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
