1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to ensure a memorable experience.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven client service skills and ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
5. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.
