- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted to ensure a memorable experience.
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
- Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
- Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven client service skills and ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
