- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to build personalized interactions that positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
- Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional client service skills and ability to prioritize while managing multiple tasks.
- Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
