1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to build personalized interactions that positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Exceptional client service skills and ability to prioritize while managing multiple tasks.
