1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services as needed.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, and perform all POS functions post-purchase.
8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales servicing.
9. Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
4. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
