- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
- Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services as needed.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies, and perform all POS functions post-purchase.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales servicing.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
