1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client interactions with hospitality and personalized store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation ranges from $20.40 to $27.60 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. Eligible for sales commission.
