1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
3. Assist with the engraving station and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
4. Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
5. Communicate potential service issues to management.
6. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and performing point-of-sale functions.
7. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales services.
8. Participate in inventory management and special projects.

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 - $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
