1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience in line with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience by offering hospitality and store amenities to create personalized interactions, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist at the engraving station where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team by boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing all POS functions post-purchase.
8. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Capability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
