- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience in line with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance the client experience by offering hospitality and store amenities to create personalized interactions, positively impacting sales and service.
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
- Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team by boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing all POS functions post-purchase.
- Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
