- Execute operations functions to support the store in achieving sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate relationships.
- Handle internal and external communications to optimize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client service, including order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Assist clients with repairs, special orders, and customizations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, products, and services.
- Ensure professional client interactions and timely follow-ups.
- Support shipping and receiving tasks, including order fulfillment and inventory reconciliation.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by providing feedback on process improvements.
- Strong interest in operations and shipping within a retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
