1. Efficiently process and distribute repair orders, documents, and packages to clients, store locations, vendors, and intra-company facilities.
2. Create and maintain paperwork for outgoing domestic and international shipments.
3. Support global after-sales locations with service order and commercial invoice creation, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
4. Maintain an organized, safe, and secure workspace to achieve maximum efficiency.
5. Act as a liaison between the Service Center and internal clients, addressing repair service issues and client escalations.
6. Assist management with projects and tasks to meet business needs.
7. Identify and collaborate on opportunities for process improvement.

1. 2 years of business experience with a strong operational background.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Strong attention to detail and English language proficiency.
4. Ability to adapt to shifting tasks to meet daily business needs.
5. High ability to collaborate and build strong business relations.
6. Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime, including weekends.

The hiring range for this position is $20 - $21 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.

Full-time hours with the potential for a permanent role.
