1. Deliver exceptional hospitality and client experiences throughout the client's visit.
2. Anticipate and cater to clients' preferences in collaboration with client advisors.
3. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and petits fours.
4. Manage bar/lounge inventory and supervise non-permanent waitstaff.
5. Maintain readiness of hospitality spaces and equipment.
6. Assist with ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies.
7. Ensure cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas.
8. Engage clients with storytelling and brand knowledge.
9. Uphold Tiffany cultural values and contribute to a positive environment.

1. At least two years of experience in a hospitality role such as bartender or waiter.
2. Experience in luxury retail or service industry is advantageous.
3. Authorization to work in the Dominican Republic.

2. Strong commitment to client service standards.
3. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in computer skills and technology.
6. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of two years in hospitality roles such as bartender or waiter, with luxury retail experience being a plus.

Preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management.
