1. Prepare crystal merchandise for the etching process, including unwrapping, inspecting, and counting crystal units.
2. Remove excess packaging materials to facilitate workflow.
3. Collaborate with Inventory Control to address overages and shortages.
4. Ensure timely processing of fragrance orders by coordinating with standard engraving operations.
5. Manually track Customer’s Own Merchandise orders using spreadsheets.
6. Perform final washing and drying of crystal post-sandblasting.
7. Set up crystal merchandise for sandblasting, including masking and measuring.
8. Utilize ultra-violet lighting for artwork exposure onto film.
9. Conduct film washout using power or auto washers and drying units.
10. Match paperwork to merchandise and scan work into PKMS.
11. Prioritize orders by date and follow departmental SOPs for artwork checking and merchandise handling.
12. Perform crystal finishing, including sandblasting, taping, and final washout.
13. Inspect merchandise for flaws and ensure quality standards are met.
14. Communicate quality issues to Management, Quality Assurance, and Inventory Control.
15. Adapt to new responsibilities and support all personalization areas as needed.
16. Consistently follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
3. Flexibility to change functions as needed.
4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
6. Compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
7. Willingness to work non-traditional hours and overtime as necessary.
8. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Two years of work experience in a technical or production-based environment is preferred. Knowledge of PKMS and WMS is advantageous.
