Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Etching Operations Processor

- Prepare crystal merchandise for the etching process, including unwrapping, inspecting, and counting crystal units.
- Remove excess packaging materials to facilitate workflow.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control to address overages and shortages.
- Ensure timely processing of fragrance orders by coordinating with standard engraving operations.
- Manually track Customer’s Own Merchandise orders using spreadsheets.
- Perform final washing and drying of crystal post-sandblasting.
- Set up crystal merchandise for sandblasting, including masking and measuring.
- Utilize ultra-violet lighting for artwork exposure onto film.
- Conduct film washout using power or auto washers and drying units.
- Match paperwork to merchandise and scan work into PKMS.
- Prioritize orders by date and follow departmental SOPs for artwork checking and merchandise handling.
- Perform crystal finishing, including sandblasting, taping, and final washout.
- Inspect merchandise for flaws and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate quality issues to Management, Quality Assurance, and Inventory Control.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and support all personalization areas as needed.
- Consistently follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Flexibility to change functions as needed.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours and overtime as necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Two years of work experience in a technical or production-based environment is preferred. Knowledge of PKMS and WMS is advantageous.
High School diploma or equivalent.
$17 per hour
