1. Assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, creating luxury experiences that positively impact sales and service.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and directing clients throughout The Landmark.
3. Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted accordingly.
4. Engage with clients by sharing Tiffany & Co. history, product introductions, and service offerings.
5. Utilize storytelling and conversation to discern client needs, partnering them with the appropriate Sales Professional to achieve sales goals.
6. Accurately manage the floor waiting list.
7. Communicate any potential service issues with management.
8. Share client interactions and impressions of the brand with management.
9. Foster collaboration and work effectively in a team environment.
10. Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring all areas are stocked and clean.
11. Assist the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
12. Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information in strict adherence to the Record Retention Guidelines.
13. Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in adapting to change.

1. Exceptional verbal communication skills.
2. Knowledgeable about New York City, including restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.
3. Experience in luxury hospitality industries such as restaurants, hotels, retail, or security.
4. Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
9. Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience in luxury hospitality industries such as restaurants, hotels, retail, or security is required.

The hiring range for this position is $19.72 - $24.00 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
