- Deliver the Tiffany Touch to every client interaction, setting the tone for their store visit.
- Assist and interact with clients warmly and courteously, enhancing luxury experiences to positively impact sales and service.
- Greet and direct clients, embodying the Tiffany Warm Welcome.
- Engage with clients, sharing Tiffany & Co. history, product introductions, and service offerings.
- Utilize storytelling to discern client needs and partner them with the appropriate sales professional.
- Accurately manage the floor waiting list and communicate potential service issues to management.
- Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring areas are stocked and clean.
- Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information according to guidelines.
- Demonstrate agility in supporting company initiatives and adapting to change.
