Tiffany & Co. Sales Merchandising Manager

- Define and manage the product assortment strategy by channel and region, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Identify new merchandising opportunities and monitor sales assortment performance to translate global product plans into commercially viable local adaptations.
- Oversee Store Typology framework and validate Zone assortment opportunities in collaboration with Product Marketing and Supply Chain.
- Organize Product Showroom and gather Zone feedback to influence and accelerate sales performance for new launches.
- Develop product space strategy guidelines and ensure implementation in New Concept store projects.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, CVM, Digital, and Retail Partner teams to ensure a cohesive retail experience.
- Identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities; define corrective actions or growth levers.
- Build and present performance reviews and dashboards to internal stakeholders and Senior Leadership.
- Develop a high-performing team aligned with Tiffany and LVMH values, driving strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-8+ years of luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across multiple functional areas.
- Keen analytical and strategic thinking skills with strong financial acumen.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong presentation and content development skills.
- Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement.
A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in luxury retail, merchandising, and strategy development, with a preference for store and/or zone experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $122,485 - $172,920, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
