1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-management roles, focusing on volume client advisor hiring for the Landmark 5th Avenue store.
2. Serve as an embedded talent expert within the store environment and the broader NYC luxury retail community.
3. Build and maintain a strong network of luxury retail talent, identifying candidates aligned with Tiffany’s brand standards and values.
4. Represent the brand in sourcing calls, networking events, and LVMH Talent Acquisition collaborations.
5. Partner with the General Manager, HR Director, and Operations team, providing updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
6. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, including those with GIA certifications, through proactive networking.
7. Serve as a brand ambassador in all recruitment interactions, ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects Tiffany’s prestige and excellence.
8. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver on staffing needs and talent acquisition initiatives.
9. Develop and implement creative recruitment solutions and proactive talent pipeline strategies.
10. Meet or exceed goals for key staffing metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate experience, and new hire effectiveness.
11. Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to support employment brand marketing and local talent initiatives.

2. Proven ability to deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience and represent a premium employer brand.
3. Strong network within the New York luxury retail market; confident and polished in building relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.
4. Creative, proactive, and innovative approach to sourcing and engaging top talent.
5. Experience managing volume retail recruitment while maintaining brand standards and quality.
6. Collaborative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the luxury retail sector.

The hiring range for this position is $77,810 – $104,190, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
