1. Provide daily quantitative and qualitative performance reports focusing on sales, productivity, and client experience metrics.
2. Deliver business intelligence through trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to Landmark Leadership.
3. Utilize data analysis to develop 360-degree action plans promoting strategic KPIs.
4. Ensure the adoption of global retail and omni-channel initiatives with a transversal approach.
5. Drive client experience improvements by leveraging retail performance tools and collaborating with Finance and HR on workforce planning.
6. Conduct daily floor observations with leadership to identify opportunities and successes, building action plans accordingly.
7. Coach and provide feedback to retail staff to ensure the adoption of a performance-driven mindset.

1. High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; PowerBI experience preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills with a strategic, data-driven business mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt quickly and remain solution-focused.
5. Experience or strong interest in the luxury retail market.
6. Ability to work on-site at The Landmark 5 days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

The hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
