1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the travel retail network in Korea to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
2. Monitor sales performance monthly, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to address performance gaps.
3. Collaborate with duty-free operators to optimize merchandise assortment, aligning with customer preferences and market trends.
4. Negotiate monthly and annual sell-in targets with duty-free operators, ensuring alignment with business objectives and inventory strategies.
5. Execute commercial action plans for each store location to maximize sales opportunities and improve conversion rates.
6. Oversee inventory management practices, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing returns of slow-moving items.
7. Enforce Tiffany & Co.'s policies and operational standards to ensure consistent store operations.
8. Maintain impeccable client service standards, ensuring a luxury shopping experience that reflects the brand's values.
9. Recruit, interview, and select high-caliber store staff, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
10. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to store management teams, fostering professional growth.
11. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and identifying development opportunities.
12. Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and high employee engagement.
13. Monitor duty-free operators' business practices, ensuring alignment with Tiffany & Co.'s brand image and pricing strategies.
14. Stay abreast of competitor activities and market trends, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
15. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives.
16. Partner with the local Marketing team to develop and implement the annual travel retail advertising and promotional plan.
17. Maintain open communication with duty-free operators, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
18. Coordinate with the Finance team for accurate and timely financial reporting.

1. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and retail management within a luxury retail environment.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
4. Excellent communication skills in English and Korean.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Understanding of the travel retail industry.
