- Provide administrative support to the market vice president and store directors within the region.
- Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring fiscal accountability, including overseeing the Tiffany Register outreach and donation budgets.
- Coordinate and execute in-store and off-site client events, managing all logistical aspects such as guest lists, catering, and entertainment.
- Assist in the logistical preparation of conferences and market meetings, including booking conference rooms and organizing materials.
- Serve as a store ambassador during peak times to ensure high service levels and controlled traffic.
- Compile reports and prepare necessary documentation for tax purposes.
- Five years of previous administrative assistant or management experience with executives.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of the Tiffany Experience for customers.
- Discretion in handling highly confidential client information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Minimum of five years of administrative assistant or management experience working with executives.
A college/university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $26.35 - $35.65 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
