Tiffany & Co. Retail Market Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the Market Vice President, Functional Team, and Store Directors across 16 locations from Southern California to Las Vegas.
- Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring fiscal accountability for the Tiffany Register outreach and donation budgets.
- Oversee the donation budget, handling various elements of the donation process and verifying all charges for tax purposes.
- Assist with calendar maintenance, organize expense reports, and manage travel arrangements for the Northeast Region team.
- Coordinate logistical preparations for conferences and market meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing conference materials.
- Support the Retail Performance Director and HR Business Partner with reporting and preparation for new hire events.
- Manage and execute in-store and market events, including guest list management, invitations, catering, entertainment, merchandise, and security.
- Contribute positively to the store's delivery of the Tiffany experience and brand promise, serving as an ambassador during peak times to ensure high service levels.
- Three to five years of previous administrative assistant or management experience with executives.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a culture of the Tiffany Experience for internal customers.
- Discretion in handling highly confidential client information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum of three years in an administrative assistant or management role working with executives.
The hiring range for this position is $27.10 - $37.49 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience. Temporary assignment for two months with potential extension.
