1. Lead and develop the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.

5. Partner with store supervisors to enhance client development and outreach opportunities.

8. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

1. University degree or higher.
2. Over 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in management within a retail environment, preferably luxury.
3. Proficiency in Korean and English.
4. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Energetic, driven, and independent.
