1. Support and contribute to in-store activities to deliver exceptional client service results.
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to agreed-upon strategies.
3. Work collaboratively with retail teams, embodying the company's values of being a Dream Maker, Visionary, and Daring individual.
4. Engage with functional market teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of luxury retail business pillars.
5. Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and contribute to data-driven insights.
6. Execute and deliver a comprehensive 360 retail project, culminating in a professional presentation of findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Rising senior or recent graduate preferred.

The rate for this position is 34 CAD per hour.
