1. Support and contribute to in-store activities to deliver exceptional client service results.
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to agreed-upon strategies focused on clients, people, and brand desirability.
3. Collaborate openly and transparently with retail teams, embodying the company's 'People Promise' ethos.
4. Engage with functional market teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of luxury retail business pillars.
5. Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and contribute to data-driven insights.
6. Execute and deliver a comprehensive 360 retail project, culminating in a professional presentation to senior leadership.

The rate for this position is $25 per hour.
