1. Support in-store activities to ensure exceptional client service and smooth operations.

3. Engage with functional market teams such as Client Relations, Client Development, and HR to understand luxury retail business pillars.
4. Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights.
5. Execute and deliver a comprehensive 360 retail project, presenting findings to senior leadership.
