- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client engagement.
- Utilize analytics and market insights to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Retail Managers and Store Managers to ensure consistent commercial execution.
- Lead client development initiatives to foster strong customer relationships and retention.
- Ensure achievement of annual sales and profitability targets through effective performance management.
- Maintain operational excellence and adherence to brand standards across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and provide coaching.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop top talent to strengthen future leadership pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of driving commercial performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Korean.
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial acumen and self-motivation.
