1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury retail.
3. Proven track record of driving commercial performance.

1. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Korean.
2. Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools.
3. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Commercial acumen and self-motivation.
