1. Collaborate with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach to maintain high sales and service standards.
2. Develop leadership skills within the team to enhance their ability to lead and develop retail teams.
3. Cultivate Tiffany Brand Ambassadors who are knowledgeable and strategic in client development.
4. Monitor daily client interactions and provide feedback to improve sales team performance.
5. Ensure adherence to brand behaviors, including grooming, image, and store presentation standards.
6. Identify store opportunities through observation and sales data analysis.
7. Create and implement store learning and coaching plans with individual targets.
8. Lead by example to foster a culture of coaching and feedback.
9. Partner with store leadership for training preparation and delivery.
10. Facilitate inspiring onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
11. Ensure execution of the retail training strategy and assess the impact of learning initiatives.

1. Minimum 5 years of training and development experience in the luxury brand or service industry.
2. Experience in retail leadership.
3. Proven track record in effective coaching.
4. Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
6. Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
7. Willingness to travel as needed.
