3. Deliver a curated and knowledgeable experience for each client.
4. Attend to the needs of internal and external clients, ensuring Tiffany's standards are consistently met.
5. Engage in bespoke conversations to elevate the in-store experience and discern client needs, partnering them with the appropriate Client Advisor.
6. Support hospitality, tours, and selling events, including door coverage, elevator operation, and back-of-house support.
7. Manage floor waiting lists efficiently and execute best practices to enhance the in-store experience.
8. Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
9. Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
10. Foster collaboration and thrive in a team environment.
11. Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in adapting to change.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality or museums.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
4. Knowledge of fine or performing arts is beneficial.
5. Familiarity with Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client-focused environment such as hospitality or museums.

A college or university degree with a focus on fine or performing arts is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $19.72 - $26.68 per hour, dependent on the candidate's skills and experience.
