- Support the Quality & Care Manager in analyzing, identifying, planning, and implementing new processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction using Lean Six Sigma and 5S methodologies.
- Optimize or redesign processes to address identified areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Distribution Operations and Retail Excellence.
- Maintain and update all process-related documents and develop implementation plans for staff improvements.
- Observe daily operations of the Quality Assurance team and perform product evaluations on incoming merchandise.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies and providing feedback on safety behaviors.
- Currently enrolled in a business or technology field curriculum program
- Proficient in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in change management
- Experience in data management
- Understanding of lean concepts
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those currently pursuing academic qualifications.
Currently enrolled in a business or technology field curriculum program.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.
